Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school/college with RN licensure.
• Minimum five years full-time clinical experience in long-term care.
• At least two years of nursing supervision in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate nursing services for patients.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Home Administrator on budget for Nursing Services.
• Complete daily rounds to assess patient needs and care plans.
• Review nursing progress notes to reflect care and patient response.
• Explain center policies to staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide in-service training for nursing personnel.
