Job Description:

Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Nurse Supervisor, Home Health Call Center for a W2 Contract position based in Vallejo, California.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Assignment Duration:13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending

Location: Remote; candidates must reside within a 2-hour commute of Vallejo, CA
Weekly compensation (based on completion of a 36-hour work week): Between $3,209 – $3,858 (all-in), with flexibility in how the package is structured based on candidate needs. Compensation may include a combination of taxable wages, per diems (if eligible), and reimbursements.

Key responsibilities include supervising RNs who manage home health calls, providing shift leadership and operational oversight, supporting efficient call center workflows, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, patient-focused service.

The ideal candidate will have previous home health experience and demonstrated nursing leadership experience. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
