Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. seeks a Memory Care Specialist to provide interim leadership for Memory Care neighborhoods, stabilize operations, and ensure adherence to ESL standards and dementia care philosophy.

The role collaborates with directors and leadership to support resident care, team performance, and family communication. Traveling up to 100% across communities, you will recruit, coach, and develop staff while maintaining regulatory readiness and a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and licensure where required.
• 5+ years leading dementia care programs; multi-site or interim leadership preferred.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, budgets, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership for Memory Care neighborhoods during vacancies or transitions.
• Assess resident care, staffing, compliance, and family satisfaction; implement action plans.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for memory care staff.
• Ensure person-centered care aligned with Memory Care philosophy and ESL standards.
• Travel up to 100% across the Experience Senior Living portfolio; accommodate flexible schedules.
