Job summary

xNorth is seeking an Interim Supply Chain Executive to stabilize and strengthen the supply chain for a multi-site manufacturing organization in Minnesota. Reporting to the CEO, the selected executive will drive improvements in service, inventory, planning, procurement and supplier performance while leading the supply chain team across sites.

• Significant executive-level supply chain leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Proven track record stabilizing supply chains and delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in planning, procurement, inventory, logistics and S&OP.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, execution-focused leadership style.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proven ability to mobilize teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead across multiple manufacturing sites to stabilize the supply chain function.
• Execute organizational priorities and operational improvement initiatives.
• Stabilize material availability, production planning, inventory and supplier performance.
• Improve service levels, delivery performance and working capital.
• Strengthen S&OP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify and resolve supplier, material, logistics, and capacity constraints.
• Establish KPIs, routines and accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, planning, logistics, finance and commercial leadership.
• Develop and mobilize the supply chain team around top priorities.
• Provide regular progress updates to CEO and xNorth Partner.
