Responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Develop 30-, 60-, 90-day action plan for rapid supply chain improvement.
• Stabilize material availability, supplier performance, and delivery reliability.
• Align execution with project schedules and engineering constraints.
• Oversee supplier relationships, escalations, and negotiations.
• Develop KPIs, governance, and escalation processes.
