Qualifications

• Progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and GL accounting skills; internal controls.
• Experience mentoring accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and the month-end close process.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while creating accountability within the department.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to drive financial performance and decision-making.
