Interim Manager, Case Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00

The Position

• An Interim Manager, Case Management is needed to provide day-to-day leadership for a hospital-based care management team, ensuring effective cross-continuum care coordination and patient-centered services.
• Key responsibilities include managing care coordination operations; partnering with physicians and market leaders to improve patient outcomes; collaborating closely with Utilization Management and Revenue Cycle teams; mentoring staff; and stabilizing team performance through strong leadership and accountability.
• The ideal candidate will be a change agent with demonstrated progressive healthcare leadership experience and a strong clinical background in case management. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current MI RN license required, or willingness to obtain a MI RN license.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
