You will oversee ~34 FTEs, focusing on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, timecard approvals and performance coaching to maintain operational continuity. You will partner with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination, discharge planning, patient throughput, and resource utilization.

Interim Manager, Case Management

StartDate: 11/16/2026 Available Shifts: - Pay Rate: $160000.00 - $170000.00

The Position

• An Interim Manager, Case Management, is needed to provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for the Case Management Department, ensuring continuity of operations, effective staffing, and consistent support for patients and clinical teams.
• The Interim Manager will lead a team of approximately 34 FTEs, supporting employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, timecard approvals, performance management, and ongoing staff development.
• Partner with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support care coordination, discharge planning, patient throughput, and appropriate utilization of resources across the organization.
• This leader will evaluate departmental workflows and performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, address operational challenges, and support quality patient outcomes.
• Ideal candidates will bring previous Case Management leadership experience with a collaborative, approachable leadership style and the ability to build relationships, mentor staff, establish accountability, and provide stability for an established team.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active WA and/or compact RN license is required.
• Union experience is preferred.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
