Job summary

On Deck Healthcare seeks an experienced Interim Laboratory Manager to lead the clinical lab services for a health system in the Greater Atlanta Area. The role is based out of medical offices near Atlanta and requires on-site presence during the engagement.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership as a Lab Manager/Director or Supervisor in acute or ambulatory settings, deep knowledge of lab operations, QA, and regulatory standards, and MLS/CLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Lab Manager, Director, or Supervisor in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical lab operations, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and decisive leadership style.
• MLS or CLS license.
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and be on-site for the duration of the engagement.

Interim Laboratory Manager - Greater Atlanta Area

We are seeking an experienced Interim Laboratory Manager to lead the clinical lab services for a health system in Atlanta area. This role is based out of medical offices near Atlanta.This role is ideal for a strong laboratory leader who is skilled at managing operations and supporting teams during transition.

Monday through Friday but weekend rotations are required
