Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift/Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday through Friday with leadership availability as needed

Pay/Compensation: $183,700 – $270,100 per year

A leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking a Senior Director of Laboratory Operations to lead its regional clinical laboratory services. This executive will oversee testing quality, turnaround, regulatory readiness, and financial performance across multiple laboratory sites. The role suits a proven laboratory leader who can modernize operations while keeping patient care at the center of every decision.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned laboratory executive who has run multi-site operations and delivered measurable gains in quality, turnaround, and cost. You lead through other leaders, build strong physician partnerships, and approach laboratory modernization with a practical plan and a focus on patient outcomes. You also bring the executive presence to represent laboratory services at the highest levels of the organization.

• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, health administration, or laboratory science
• ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent
• Experience within a large integrated health system
• Background leading laboratory automation or LIS implementation projects
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience
