Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking an Interim Director - TRA to lead the assigned departments across markets, ensuring alignment with the hospital mission and strategic objectives. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and drive operational excellence while maintaining fiscal accountability.

The role requires advanced degree in Allied Health or related field, and significant leadership experience in acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Allied Health Specialty.
• Master’s degree in Allied Health Specialty, Health Administration or Business preferred.
• 5 years of progressive management experience in an acute care facility.
• Certification, Licensure and Registration to be determined based on the assigned department. AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing operation of the assigned departments with leadership aligned to the hospital’s mission and goals.
• Coordinate improvement of department services and standards of care.
• Approve timekeeping, employee evaluations, and regulatory compliance.
• Approve supply orders and manage budgetary processes.
