Responsibilities

• Lead bargaining negotiations with internal stakeholders and union leadership.
• Manage union labor relations including compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide guidance during grievance proceedings, arbitration hearings, and settlements.
• Oversee labor-disputes, regulatory matters, and labor law compliance.
• Interact with customers and stakeholders to ensure service quality and accountability.
