CRG Search partners with a rapidly growing, PE-backed global company to recruit an Interim Corporate Controller for Charlotte, NC. The candidate will lead the accounting function, oversee a 15-person team across regions, and report to CFO.

The role requires CPA, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge to manage close, reporting, and internal controls across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• CPA required and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
• Strong U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading large, multi-division teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across four divisions and a 15-person team.
• Own quarterly and annual close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement policies and controls to strengthen internal processes.
