Job summary

The Executive Director at Pegasus Senior Living in Florence, Alabama, will provide proactive leadership, overall direction, administration, and management of the community to ensure excellence in quality within an upscale senior living environment. The ED will drive resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and strong financial results with adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior living healthcare leadership.
• Minimum P&L responsibility of $1-3 million.
• Experience hiring and retaining large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance within approved budget and target operating income.
• Foster a strong, cohesive team with high morale and retention.
• Lead marketing and sales initiatives for the community.
• Create the focal point for senior living in the area with clear image and brand.
• Build positive service-focused relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and other regulations.
• Hire, develop and retain high-quality multi-functional teams.
