Job summary

Pegasus Landing of Saddlebrook is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations of the memory care community, including service provision, finance, HR, licensure, clinical services, sales, marketing, and census development.

The ED will drive resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance, reporting to the Regional VP of Operations and upholding high standards of customer service and quality care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a top health care or senior living General Manager/Executive Director/General Manager or equivalent leadership roles.
• Minimum P&L responsibility of $1-3 million.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the community within the approved budget and drive targets.
• Lead marketing and positioning of the community with strategy and sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and other government regulations.
• Hire, develop and retain high quality multi-functional teams.
