STRIVE NYC is seeking an Interim Executive Director to steer the site through a leadership transition, reporting to the President and CEO, coordinating with program leaders, finance, and development teams. The role focuses on stability, cross‑program collaboration, and preparing for a permanent leader.

The position requires hands‑on leadership, budget oversight, contract stewardship, and engagement with external partners to ensure outcomes and continuity during the search.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence across complex organizations.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Experience partnering with development teams and grants.
• Experience supporting senior staff through change.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership for STRIVE NYC during the transition.
• Develop FY2027 program plans, budgets, staffing assumptions and goals.
• Monitor spending and align resources with priorities and contracts.
• Coach and supervise senior staff, supporting the interim director.
• Represent STRIVE NYC to partners, government and funders.
