Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Interim Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead ESG reporting, data collection, and disclosure activities for a 10-month assignment in California.

Reporting to the VP, Sustainability and Transformation, you will shape the reporting strategy, drive program governance, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and Accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of disclosures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing ESG disclosures for public companies or similar roles.
• Experience mapping regulations across countries/continents.
• Deep knowledge of ESG standards (CDP, SASB, EU CSRD, SEC).
• Experience with ESG data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG reporting planning and disclosure strategy.
• Coordinate data collection, verification, and audit readiness.
• Manage voluntary disclosures (CDP, annual ESG reports).
• Engage with stakeholders and regulators to ensure accuracy.
• Support board education on upcoming regulations.
