Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Interim Manager, Sustainability Reporting to shape and drive ESG reporting, data collection, and disclosure strategy. You will lead planning and execution across mandatory and voluntary disclosures, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, and Accounting.

The role requires deep ESG knowledge, project management, and the ability to coordinate across jurisdictions. This temporary position focuses on improving reporting processes and ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing ESG disclosures for public companies or in an equivalent advisory role.
• Deep knowledge of ESG reporting standards (CDP, SASB, EU CSRD, SEC) and related frameworks.
• Proven project management skills with ability to lead multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience engaging internal and external stakeholders on sustainability matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ESG/sustainability reporting and disclosures.
• Oversee data collection, verification, and assurance for reports such as CDP and annual sustainability reports.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Support SOX-aligned controls and audits related to ESG disclosures.
• Engage customers and suppliers on sustainability information requests.
