Responsibilities

• Support and develop teachers by promoting best practices in instruction and assessment.
• Implement Proficiency Based Learning and Educator Effectiveness models.
• Lead the building leadership team to meet school and district goals.
• Oversee daily building operations, safety, and transportation incidents.
• Engage families and students to maintain a welcoming, safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with Special Education for compliant, high-quality programming.
• Manage student behavior with developmentally appropriate strategies.
• Serve as acting principal in the Principal's absence.
