Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as Interim Director of Quality for a 240+ bed hospital in California. The role oversees daily operation of Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, and Accreditation, conducts gap analyses, and drives Performance Improvement initiatives to align with the organization’s mission and vision.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and an active RN license in California, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive quality leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive experience leading Quality in an acute care setting.
• Experience leading successful TJC surveys.
• Knowledge of public reporting ( Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al ).
• Knowledge of accreditation and licensing requirements.

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Quality for a 240+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily operation of Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, and Accreditation
• Gap analysis and continuous survey readiness
• Supporting the organization's mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience leading Quality in an acute care setting and experience leading successful TJC surveys; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al); knowledge of accreditation and licensing requirements.
• Licensure: CA RN license required
