Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality and Safety for a 270+ bed hospital in California. The role focuses on healthcare quality, patient safety, performance improvement, regulatory compliance and peer review.

Responsibilities include providing hands-on expertise across these areas and collaborating with clinical leadership to sustain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in quality and performance improvement in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current CA RN license required.
• BLS through AHA required or completed during onboarding.
• Midas and Epic experience required.

Requirements

• Education: BSN degree required.
• Experience: Minimum six (6) years of experience in quality and performance improvement in an acute care hospital setting.
• Licensure: Current CA RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS through AHA required or completed during onboarding.
• Computer Skills: Midas experience as well as Epic experience are required for this position.
