Formación

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Previous Director of Nursing or DNS experience.
• Nursing leadership in SNF/long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of Wisconsin and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with clinical compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement.
• Ability to guide teams through change and transition.
• Strong employee engagement, coaching, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving.

Responsabilidades
