All Saints’ Episcopal School in Fort Worth seeks a Director of Advancement for a 9-month engagement to drive a $75M capital campaign. This interim role focuses on campaign execution, major donor cultivation, and development operations.

Marketing and Admissions operations are managed independently, allowing this role to concentrate on philanthropic revenue with a fixed monthly retainer. The ideal candidate will lead strategy, manage the gift pipeline, and oversee staff, delivering monthly reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in advancement or fundraising.
• Proven success in major gift cultivation and capital campaigns.
• Experience with independent schools or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and donor relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the $75M capital campaign and manage the gift pipeline.
• Solicit major gifts ranging from six to seven figures with high-net-worth donors.
• Support the Head of School and Board Trustees in donor solicitations.
• Lead the Campaign Committee and manage volunteers with strategic direction.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising standards and data governance.
• Supervise fundraising staff and maintain annual giving and alumni relations.
• Audit pledge tracking and provide monthly CFO/head of school reports.
• Refine campaign messaging and collaborate with marketing/public affairs.
