Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is working with a client in the gaming industry to fill an interim Director of Internal Audit - AML Compliance. The role is onsite 100% with some local travel.

The successful candidate will directly manage a team of 6 internal auditors, design and execute AML/BSA audit programs, and evaluate internal controls across land-based and online gaming operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of AML compliance experience required.
• CPA or MBA is desirable.
• Blend of public and private industry experience is desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task is a must.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 6 internal auditors on AML compliance in gaming.
• Plan and execute audit plan targeting AML/BSA compliance, Title 31 regulations.
• Evaluate internal controls on land-based and online gaming operations.
