Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is working with a client in the gaming industry to fill an interim Director of Internal Audit - AML Compliance. The role is onsite 100% with some local travel.

The successful candidate will directly manage a team of 6 internal auditors, design and execute AML/BSA audit programs, and evaluate internal controls across land-based and online gaming operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of AML compliance experience required.
• CPA or MBA is desirable.
• Blend of public and private industry experience is desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task is a must.

The client is onsite 100% of the time and there might be some local travel for the position. The person taking on this role would be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directly managing a team of 6 internal auditors on compliance in the gaming industry
• Responsible for planning and executing audit plan targeting AML/BSA compliance, Title 31 regulations.
• The candidate would be responsible for evaluating internal controls on land based and online gaming.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required
• Blend of public and private industry experience is desired
• CPA or MBA is desired
• Prior experience (5+ years) with AML Compliance is required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task is a must
