Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to join the International Markets AML Compliance Team. You will review high-risk accounts and transactions for SAR filings and prepare regulatory reports for the Ontario market.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AML/CTF, 2+ years in the gambling/iGaming sector, and ICA/ACAMS credentials. Strong English, MS Office skills, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AML/CTF Compliance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of gambling/iGaming industry experience.
• Experience in international iGaming markets.
• Ontario iGaming market experience is a plus.
• Experience drafting FINTRAC reports (CDR/STR).
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting in Ontario iGaming market is beneficial.
• AML/CTF qualifications such as ICA or ACAMS are required.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Act as AML/CTF advisor to internal teams.
• Review SAR/STR/TPR reports and prepare summaries for MLRO.
• Submit Cash Disbursement Reports (CDRs).
• Create and file regulatory reports within deadlines.
• Support AML/CTF monitoring and QA reviews.
• Prepare Customer Risk Assessments and recommendations.
• Escalate PEP, adverse media, and sanctions matches as needed.
• Participate in account review committees and present case summaries.
• Liaise with regulators and law enforcement agencies when required.
• Stay updated on AML/CTF laws and guidance.
• Assist in external audits and provide regular updates to management.
