Willow Brook Rehab and Healthcare Center seeks an Interim Dietary Manager to oversee daily food-service operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead diet planning, staff management, and coordination with RD and healthcare professionals within a skilled nursing setting.

The role emphasizes budget control, menu planning, and compliant service, with collaboration across departments to meet resident needs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Course (2-yr or 4-yr program).
• Successful completion of Certified Dietary Manager exam.
• Two years’ experience in food-service management.
• Prior healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the food-service department per facility policy and regulations.
• Develop staff schedules and manage recruitment and coaching.
• Create and monitor budgets for cost-effective program.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with RD, physicians, and facility staff on nutrition plans.
