B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Clinical Manager for Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Operating Room in Winchester, VA.

The role provides clinical and operational leadership during a leadership transition and will oversee about 25 FTEs, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient CVOR operations. The ideal candidate has extensive CVOR leadership experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to lead through change while maintaining a patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's degree highly preferred.
• Active Virginia RN license or a Nurse Licensure Compact state license required; CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive CVOR leadership with strong cardiovascular experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for CVOR during leadership transition.
• Oversee ~25 FTEs and daily CVOR operations to ensure consistent patient care.
• Partner with the Director to drive operational improvements, quality, and outcomes.
