Qualifications

• Current ARRT Certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) required.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in the United States.
• ARRT Certification in CT required within 18 months of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of CT technologists to ensure efficient imaging.
• Manage staff scheduling, workload distribution, and coverage to maintain optimal department operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards related to CT imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, quality control, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and professional development for CT staff.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the interim period, addressing operational challenges promptly.
