CFS in Orlando, FL seeks an Interim Corporate Accounting Manager to cover month-end close, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations during parental leave. The role reports to the Controller and operates in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting, leadership experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and NetSuite familiarity; CPA preferred. This 4-month engagement emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform; CPA strongly preferred.
• Financial services, lending, fintech, or related industry experience required.
• Big 4 or public accounting background strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and general ledger activity while overseeing consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Manage financial statement preparation and maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll operations, and audit support activities while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR teams while supporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and systems enhancements.
