Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Consultant for interim, contract, and project-based assignments across diverse industries. Onsite and hybrid engagements available.

The role focuses on GAAP-compliant financial reporting, month-end close, analyses, and stakeholder collaboration to drive process improvements and deliver timely insights. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to leadership teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze operational and financial trends to support business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Lead or support special projects and transformation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and client leadership.
• Adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and representative of Korn Ferry at client sites.
