Corporate Controller

Role Overview

The Controller oversees all accounting and financial operations within the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial leadership. The role supports production‑driven decision‑making, cost control, and operational efficiency across corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure GAAP compliance; manage external audits.
• Cost Accounting - Oversee standard costing, bill of materials accuracy, variance analysis, overhead allocation, and inventory valuation.
• Accounting Operations - Lead AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions; maintain strong internal controls.
• Cash & Asset Management - Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee fixed asset accounting.
• Compliance & Policies - Maintain accounting policies, support tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leadership - Supervise accounting staff, collaborate with plant leadership, and communicate financial insights to private equity and leadership.

Qualifications
