Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant accounting work experience, including public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with accounting software.
• CPA certification preferred but not required; project management experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in interim or project-based engagements and client service management.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries.
• Support client accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles such as Interim Controller and Financial Reporting Manager.
• Design and improve accounting processes, including monthly close, reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active, hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Travel for client engagements as needed.
• Select and manage engagements on an interim and project basis.
