Job Requirements:

• Manufacturing finance experience
• Fundamental understanding of internal controls, including background
• Broad understanding of U.S. GAAP and the regulatory compliance framework
• International experience across financial disciplines
• Understanding and recognition of commercial accounting differences between U.S. and non-U.S. operations
• Understanding of fundamentals of foreign exchange accounting
• Financial analysis experience (ability to prepare assessments at both a high level and a detailed level)
• Management/Leadership experience (including influencing skills)
• Project experience working with cross-functional teams
