Dak Consulting Group (DCG) is seeking experienced Controller Consultants to support clients through interim leadership needs, accounting transformations, process improvement initiatives, and complex financial projects. You will partner with client executives and finance teams to assess challenges, strengthen financial operations, and implement practical solutions.

Engagements vary by industry and client, offering exposure to diverse environments while leveraging your expertise across finance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/Accounting platforms (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Ability to partner with CFOs and senior leaders.
• CPA/CMA/CIA or similar certification is a plus.
• Consulting, project-based or interim experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to CFOs and senior leaders.
• Lead accounting and finance initiatives from assessment to execution.
• Oversee financial reporting and controls to comply with U.S. GAAP.
• Design stronger policies, controls, and documentation.
• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP implementations and system upgrades.
• Mentor accounting professionals and provide leadership.
