Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking an Interim Controller for a growing manufacturing company in the NW Suburbs of Minnesota. The role provides hands-on leadership across accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, with 100% onsite work.

You will partner directly with executive leadership to improve processes, drive financial performance, and support key business decisions in a fast-paced environment. CPA is required and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed is required.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required.
• Experience as Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting and internal controls background.

Salary: USD75 - USD85 per hour
