Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in month-end close, inventory management, cost accounting, and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Experience with negotiating vendor contracts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies
• Oversee inventory and vendor management and cost accounting processes
• Analyze cost variances and work with operations to optimize cost efficiency
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
• Prepare and manage borrowing-based reports for financial institutions
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to lenders
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and financial institutions

Interim Controller

We are currently seeking candidates for a hands-on Interim Controller at a manufacturing co. in Mansfield, MA 02048. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in month-end close, inventory management, cost accounting, and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Duration: 6+ months

Hourly Pay Rate: $75.00-$85.00 (based on relative work experience)
