Job summary

Clinica Sierra Vista is seeking an Interim Associate Director-Clinics to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple medical practices. You will oversee clinic operations, drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive leadership to advance patient-centered care.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, 5+ years in healthcare operations with supervisory experience, and expertise with EPIC EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred or 10 years' experience in Healthcare Administration with Clinic oversight.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) strongly preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening and comply with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple medical practices within CSV's regional areas.
• Oversee clinic operations, ensuring high-quality care, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.
• Develop and monitor standardized workflows and budgets; align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and resources to optimize service delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive patient-centered improvements.
• Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and training programs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient record confidentiality.
• Lead EPIC EHR implementation and other technology platforms with clinical teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance quality of care initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Master's degree preferred or 10 years' healthcare administration experience
