Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple clinics.
• Develop and monitor standardized workflows and processes to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize service delivery.
