Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive supervisor experience in an acute care facility.
• Technical TN supervisor license, AHA BLS, Medical technologist with TN supervisor license.
• Lift/position up to 25 lbs and regular standing/walking as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of lab operations and staff.
• Direct, train, orient and evaluate staff; enforce policies and standards.
• Ensure highest level of quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
