Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance organization
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on business performance, growth strategy, and key operating initiatives
• Translate strategic initiatives into measurable financial and operational outcomes
• Challenge assumptions and provide insight behind forecasts, financial models, and business cases
• Guide the FP&A team on analysis, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
• Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth and operating results
• Assess customer, revenue, and unit-economic trends across SaaS, subscription, and marketplace channels
• Support evaluation of growth investments, customer acquisition economics, pricing, and profitability
• Monitor cash flow, spending, liquidity, and debt covenant requirements
• Provide financial insight and reporting to the Board and private equity sponsor
• Partner with functional leaders to quantify and evaluate value-creation initiatives
