Highspring is seeking an interim CFO for a Private Equity-backed healthcare technology company with $500M+ revenue. The role requires a strong command of software/SaaS KPIs and PE-style reporting, to protect the investment thesis while accelerating operational performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CFO experience at $500M–$1B+ revenue companies, PE-backed portfolio leadership, and proven ability to integrate finance with GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CFO experience in $500M–$1B+ revenue companies.
• Private Equity-backed portfolio company experience.
• Deep Healthcare Technology or HealthTech SaaS exposure.
• Experience embedding finance into enterprise GTM orgs.
• Prior interim or transitional CFO assignments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead sponsor communications with weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting.
• Drive EBITDA optimization, cash flow generation, and capital efficiency.
