The ideal candidate has a track record as a CFO or senior finance leader, with experience in rapid growth, reorganizations, and complex financing events, including debt negotiations and data analytics transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as CFO or senior finance leader in middle-market organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading organizations through growth, M&A, restructuring, or capital events.
• Strong ability to align financial strategy with business objectives at executive level.
• Experience building and leading high-performing finance teams with scalable processes.
• Excellent executive presence and communication with boards and investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance strategy and performance across growth-oriented mid-market clients.
• Partner with CEOs and senior leaders to align financial plans with business goals.
