The role requires senior leadership on a defined term, credibility with founders, and deep experience across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates bring CFO-level strategic vision, execution depth, and ability to lead finance teams through complex events, including M&A, debt refinancings, and analytics

Qualifications

• 10+ years as CFO or senior finance leader in middle-market firms.
• Experience leading finance strategy, performance, and decision support.
• Proven track record with growth, transformation, M&A, or restructurings.
• Partner with executives to align financial and business objectives.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and develop high-performing finance teams with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance direction and performance for clients.
• Oversee engagements and collaborate with global teams to expand services.
• Drive finance function leadership during ownership transitions and rapid growth.
• Guide capital raises, debt refinancing, and data analytics transformation.
