Job summary

This exempt, full-time role requires an MD/DO, 8–10 years of leadership experience, budget oversight, accreditation compliance (AAAHC), and collaboration with campus partners to promote health, safety, and wellness on campus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and licensed or license-eligible in the District of Columbia.
• 8–10 years of relevant clinical and administrative leadership experience.
• Board-certified in internal medicine, family practice, adolescent medicine, or pediatrics.
• Experience with FERPA and HIPAA compliance and campus health programs.
• Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and multi-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/clinical leadership and develop center policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinical care, including primary and psychiatric services, and ensure quality improvement.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; support professional development.
• Coordinate campus medical response in health and safety emergencies.
• Collaborate with campus partners to address student health and wellness needs.
• Manage budgets, the Student Health Insurance Plan, and accreditation readiness.
