Job summary

is seeking an Interim/Temporary Business Office Manager for Emerald Valley (Assisted Living). You will handle payroll records, AR/AP, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to prepare for upcoming tours.

Strong organizational skills and basic bookkeeping are essential. The role requires compassionate leadership, reliable transportation, and ability to adapt to busy days while maintaining residents’ and families’ trust.

• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate records for employee payroll.
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Oversee resident and employee files.
• Process accounts receivable and payable.
• Participate in and help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Work with sales and marketing to make sure everything is in order for an upcoming tour.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.

Job description

As theBusiness Office Manager (Interim/Temporary) at Emerald Valley (Assisted Living), you’re responsible for a number of different tasks relating to Human Resources and other departments, including maintaining records, processing accounts receivable/payable and working with Sales and Marketing to ensure everything is in place for a tour.
