Healthcare Executive Placements, Inc. (HCEPInc) is seeking an Interim Assistant Nurse Manager - Cath Lab (CVL/CVPR) for a W2 Contract position based in Clackamas, OR.
Schedule: Full time, 7 am-3:30pm, 5 8's
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks (possibility of extending)
Compensation:
This position offers a daily rate of $710 to $730 which equates to $3,550 to $3,650 per week (based on a 5-day / 40-hour workweek)
Per Diems: Lodging: $136 per day and Meals & Incidentals: $80 per day
Per diems are paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $1,512 per week
Auto Stipend: $25 per day
Stipend is paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $175 per week
Total Weekly Compensation (Daily Rate + Per Diems + Stipend): Between $5,237 to $5,337 per week

Supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care within a critical care environment. Assists with implementing best practice models, ensuring compliance with regulatory and practice standards, supporting safe staffing and resource utilization, and maintaining a safe, high‑quality care environment. Provides clinical leadership, supervision, and hands‑on support as needed while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Master's degree preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical nursing experience relevant to the department specialty, including at least 2 years of Cath Lab leadership experience.
