Qualifications

• Experience with Sage, RealPage, Entrata, or similar ERP systems; strong systems aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for the accounts payable team.
• Monitor AP aging, invoice processing, payment activity, and department workload.
• Review and enhance accounts payable processes, internal controls, and vendor management procedures.
• Partner with Accounting, Property Management, Development, and Construction teams to support month-end close.
• Document procedures and establish performance expectations for long-term scalability.
