Job summary

Spokane Falls Care in Spokane, WA is seeking an Interim Admissions/Unit Manager RN or LPN for PRN, part-time, or full-time roles with on-call rotation. You will lead admissions activities, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires a current LPN or RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care. Pay ranges from $45 to $55 per hour DOE, with competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN or RN license and be in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a long-term care setting preferred.
• BLS Certified.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence, guiding and supporting staff.
• Partner with leadership and clinical teams to implement process improvements.
• Educate patients and families regarding admission processes, treatment plans, services, and expectations.
• Complete timely assessments, follow-ups, and orders with clear communication across care teams.
• Support DON in achieving departmental goals, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment to ensure efficient operations.
