Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Admission Nurse role based in Spokane, WA. The Admission Nurse will be responsible for conducting initial assessments for new residents, coordinating care plans, and ensuring a smooth transition into the community. Daily tasks include evaluating resident health conditions, collaborating with families and medical professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. The Admission Nurse will also support ongoing resident care and contribute to the overall well‑being of the Riverview Retirement Community.
